REBUILD THE SERMON:
- Rebuild the Sermon: What stood out to you from the sermon?
- Paul’s Approach: What does it mean to you that Paul “became all things to all people” to share the gospel? How can we apply this principle in our own lives?
- Personal Barriers: What are some personal fears or barriers you face when talking to others about your faith? How can you overcome them?
- Paul’s Transformation: How does Paul’s transformation from persecutor to preacher inspire you? What does this say about the power of God’s grace?
- Understanding Grace: Why do you think Paul emphasized his past sins when sharing his testimony? How does acknowledging our own shortcomings help in sharing the gospel?
- Tangible Impact: Specifically, how has God’s grace, Jesus’s teachings, or the Christian faith impacted your life? How can you use that to share the gospel?
- Recognizing Opportunities: What are some “Not’s” you can look for in conversations that might indicate someone is open to hearing about Jesus?
Application Question:
- Based on our discussion, what is one specific step you can take this week to share your faith with someone in your life? How will you prepare for and approach this conversation?
- Take up prayer requests and pray together.
